Plaintiff owned a little restaurant in which she also dispensed soft drinks. On July 12, 1946, she had two coca cola refrigerated boxes which she purchased from the previous owner of the cafe. One was not in use. The top of the other was hinged across the center so that one-half could be lifted up and laid down on the other half. It was partially filled with water for cooling purposes.
